I have been doing a few videos about plasma cutters, so it’s about time that I teach you how to change your yeswelder welding helmet cover lenses if you own a helmet like mine. However, it’s a different story when changing the internal lens, particularly with the yeswelder lyg-800d. Because as you will see in this video, it requires that you’ll need to disassemble the whole set of the filter lens as you cannot just pull out the old lens because of the narrow space inside the helmet.

As such, you have to carefully pull out the plastic holders from their sockets to free the whole unit, but be aware that the internal filter replacement lenses are also fragile that they may break with careless installation. But when it comes to yeswelder welding helmet cover lenses replacement, It's quite simple to replace them you just need to take your time. Careful observation of how the plastic cover lens is being held in place can give you an idea on how to change welding helmet cover lenses.
