To get this seed requires you to have the exact same world generation mods. You're seeing it in 1.20.1 but it also looks amazing in 1.21.1. Install Lithosphere, Natures Spirit, and William Wythers' Overhauled Overworld datapack. Put Natures Spirit vanilla trees and jungle above WWOO.
