Hi friends,
Okay, confession time -- I made a little slip-up in this video. I said I walk 4 miles every day 😅 — but what I really meant is that I walk every day, and aim for about 4 miles - 4 times a week. Oops!
Now, let’s talk about sleep.

For years, I thought I could just push through exhaustion — more coffee, longer to-do lists, less rest. But I finally realized that when my sleep suffers, everything suffers: my mood, hormones, energy, even my weight. That’s when I started making small but powerful changes, and honestly? They’ve been life-changing.

If you’ve been tossing and turning, dragging through the day, or wishing for deeper sleep, this video is for you. I’m sharing 5 simple things I do that have completely changed my sleep — and I think they’ll help you too.
My 5 Better-Sleep Habits:
1. Morning Light – Exposing your eyes to natural light first thing. It resets your circadian rhythm and helps your body know when it’s time to wake up and when it’s time to wind down.
2. Coffee Buffer – Give your body a little fuel before that first cup! My go-to: ½ an apple with almond butter, cacao nibs, and sunflower seeds.
