-Skills Overpowered
-Commentary - Silvaaaaaaaaaaaa, Pogbaaaaaaaaa, Martiaaaaaaaaaaaaal, Mataaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
-Secondary player press, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't... broken IMO
-Robotic
-Goalies repetitive animations, awkward saves, unnecessary dives.
-End to end basketball style (arcadey)
-Scripting apparent on Legendary difficulty

FIFA 19 = Arcade
PES 2019 = Sim (AI needs fixing which will come in next DataPack due estimated - Nov/Dec)

My recommendation: Buy both games, use FIFA 19 as a stop gap until AI is patched in PES 2019.
