A 60-day ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon has been extended after Israeli troops refused to withdraw from their positions.

The IDF say the area has not been adequately secured by the Lebanese army and fear Hezbollah fighters could return.

Lebanon's health ministry says at least 22 people have been killed and more than 120 wounded, after Israeli troops fired at people trying to return home in locations still under IDF occupation.
