Not many people know, but you don't actually have to complete the game 100% to unlock the black suit.
Black suit requires completing everything except for the Johnny races. Winning all of those will unlock the unhooded Peter Parker skin.

I made a save file with everything complete EXCEPT the final Johnny race, because I like to revisit this race once in a while. I can upload it if you guys would want to.
