I spent a good part of my day Monday cleaning the house and was feeling a bit coped up. I had watched Therese video earlier in the day. In the afternoon I knew I needed to get outside for a little bit for some fresh air. While I was standing on my snowy path I did the Gathering Breath exercise that Therese showed in her video. It was so relaxing. I'm definitely going to be doing this exercise again and again.

While I was outside the Wild Turkeys came for the second time. I was so happy they came back. I got them some special food at Agway called "Scratch Grains" and was looking forward to them coming back to try it. They really enjoyed their meal. They are so much fun to watch. #NaturesFairy #NaturesFairy
