More home videos from the deep dark past before In Pit Lane.
This time it's the 1984 World Endurance Championship round at a newly extended Sandown.
The meeting saw an impressive line up of International motorsport legends even including Sir Jack Brabham and Alan Jones.
The event was a financial disaster for the promoters the Light Car Club of Australia and attracted a very small crowd at a time when the cars and stars of the WEC and Le Mans were pretty much unknown in Australia.
