Travel Day in Vietnam - Nha Trang to Quy Nhom

My journey from Nha Trang to Hoi A via Quy Nhon took an unexpected turn when a collapsed train tunnel disrupted my travel plans. What started as a straightforward trip soon turned into a test of patience and adaptability as I navigated through the challenges posed by the unexpected delay.

As the train came to a halt, I found myself amidst confusion due to my limited grasp of the Vietnamese language. With little choice but to wait patiently, I spent two hours stationary on the train, uncertain of when I would resume my journey. Eventually, a solution emerged as passengers were transported by bus to a station beyond the tunnel.

Despite the setback, there were silver linings to be found. A complimentary meal provided some respite during the delay, and the camaraderie of fellow travelers helped alleviate the frustration of the situation. Although I arrived at my hostel later than anticipated, the journey served as a reminder of the unpredictability of travel and the importance of resilience in the face of adversity.
