Dough hook / Paddle attachment for bench top mixer
Scales Large Bowl
Pot
Rubber spatula
Teaspoon
Rolling Pin
Doughnut Cutter
Baking Tray
Glad Wrap
Chop sticks (to flip donuts when frying)Metal Ladle (to get donuts out of fryer)

Ingredients for Dough:
Strong bread flour 1KG (8 cups)
Caster Sugar 60Grams (1/2 cup)
Salt 8 Grams (1.2302 tsp)
Yeast 4 Teaspoons
Water 600ML (600grams) (Room temp is better not cold water) | Filtered water is better
Butter or Vegetable Shortening 100 Grams (1/2 Cup) Room Temp is essential
10 Litres Olive oil or other vegetable oil for frying


Ingredients of Glaze:
Soft icing mixture or icing sugar 700grams (5.6 cups)
Vanilla Beans Fresh 1 Pod
Hot Water 100Ml (add first half and then second on top)
