¾ tbsp sugar, brown or white
1½ tbsp honey
1½ tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbs soy sauce (normal all purpose soy sauce)
½ tsp five spice powder
½ tsp sesame oil (not critical)
1 tbsp oil
