DO NEVER EVER OPEN A PRESSURE COOKER WITHOUT COOLING IT OFF!!!

As the Video Shows:
1)When it's done, very important. Make sure your sink is free because it has to be completely empety, so you can position the Pressure Cooker under current water. Do it so!

2) Weight will stop rotating and "smoking", and with the pan still under water, get a fork and place under the Weight, so it helps the pressure scapes. BE CAREFUL to not burn yourself. There's a right spot to touch the Weight, you will see it.

3) When the pressure is gone, turn of the current water and open the pan. It might be a little bit stuck still, so keep lifting the weight to get rid of the pressure left.
