Chicken Spring Rolls Recipe//Homemade Spring Rolls Sheets

Ingredients
FOR THE WRAP
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup Corn starch / corn flour
1½tsp of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1½ cups of water

SLURRY
All purpose flour
water

FOR FRYING
Vegetable oil


FOR THE FILLING
2 cups of Cabbage ( julienne)
1½ cups of carrots ( julienne)
1 Red bell peppers
1 Green bell pepper
1 Onion ( chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Homemade Jollof Spice Blend ( Use any Spice of choice)
Spring onions ( sliced)
