Thanks for watching this video. In this vlog, I go back to the shop of the company I used to work for full time. I am a certified welder and a certified welding inspector (CWI). I am welding a column to its base plate, CJP single bevel groove weld using NR-232. Sometimes I will weld a joint like this vertically to save a lot of time, and because its more fun, but i was having wire feed issues that day. Maybe if I head back there soon, I'll do it that way to see if I can get it done in 1/2 the time.
