How TomoWork Makes the Impact to Students with Disabilities

Описание к видео How TomoWork Makes the Impact to Students with Disabilities

TomoWork, a registered Charity with IPC, believe that being gainfully employed is the best way to improve dignity and the quality of life. Since our commencement in 2019, we have been delivering impact programmes for the PWD community to equip them with relevant skills and knowledge towards their gainful employment opportunities. The impacts were made possible by the support from the public and private sector, we signed the MOU with all Polytechnics and ITE and are partnering with more than 60 corporates.

As Dr. Delina Swee, a learning strategist at Temasek Polytechnic, points out, this is a truly collaborative effort between industry and education. It provides a unique opportunity for students to refine their confidence and learn how to apply their soft and technical skills in real-life work situations. Watch this video to hear our alumni share their transformation from fresh Polytechnic graduates to the aspiring professionals they are today!
