Pat Riley has been a winner on 3 different levels in the NBA. As a player, winning an NBA championship with the Lakers in 1972. As an assistant coach of the Lakers with Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in 1980 and again as the head coach of the same team in 1982, 1985, 1987 and 1988. In the 2005-06 NBA season Riley became the head coach of a Miami Heat team with Dwayne Wade and Shaquille O'Neal and won a championship in his return to coaching. As an executive Pat Riley won two more championships in 2012 & 2013 with their iconic big 3 of Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.
