About the soundtrack:
This is an unreleased soundtrack from Hunter x Hunter (1999). A real shame because this is among the best soundtracks in any series for me, and it screams CHILDHOOD right at my face and heart. I nearly cried the moment I found out that I can pull this off with the RD-800. When someone mentions Hunter x Hunter, this soundtrack and the 1999 version is the first that pops up in my head. This soundtrack was played for the first time in episode 3, when Gon was standing on the deck looking into the sea and told the captain that he wanted to become a hunter just like his father. Later, this is often played in more relaxed / peaceful situations. It's been almost 20 years after the show aired for the first time. If you grew up with the 1999 version, it makes you feel really old, isn't it? :')

About the cover:
I could finally make this soundtrack sound just about right and good enough to join my other YouTube videos. All the sounds you hear are generated from the RD-800's sound engine and recorded directly into USB in 16-bit 44.1 KHz WAV. The concert grand piano sound was tuned to have more character, and the harmonica's EQ was modified in the piano to make it sound a bit crisper. This is my first time playing with the pitch bend, and the first time where I feel like I have total control over the sound I'm playing.
