We were called to help with the flooding in Cumbria. Our first task was in Appleby clear buildings on the main street. The river had burst its banks and was flowing down the main street in full flow. We accessed the buildings from the rear to avoid the high speed flow. Following this we were then sent to Carlisle to help the residents in the flooded areas.
