Hey everyone this is a fun and easy DIY. I bought this set at Rue 21 for $5. Another alternative is buying tissue paper and creating the fringe on the tissue paper. You don't have to attached the tassel onto string, it can be other things as well. I place mine over my desk, since some of you might know, I am changing my room around!
