NUNGUA GBORBU KPELE 2022 || A SPOTLIGHT ON THE INITIATION OF NUUMO LARTEY NGMAI INTO KPELE

In this short documentary, we shine our spotlight on Nuumo Lartey Ŋmai, who was introduced into the Kpele religion. Lartey Ŋmai is the eldest son of Gborbu. He is nicknamed Olɛŋɛ bi Tɛte where Olɛŋɛ, stands for Gborbu.

Lartey-Ŋmai is an elder god but obviously not above Gborbu. He is proud to be called Olenge bi Tettey so, such pride is depicted in his acts especially his way of walking. Tsiɛnaa and Naayoo were also intitiated but as stated, we throw our spotlight on Lartey Ngmai.
