FISH CURRY – JAFFNA STYLE

INGREDIENTS
Coconut oil (2 tbs)
Shallots (47g)
Mustard seed (1 tsp)
Fennel seeds (2 tsp)
Fenugreek (1 tsp)
Curry leaves
Pandan leaf (5g)
Garlic ( 9 cloves – crushed)
Tomatoe (1 large – sliced)
Tamarind ( 24g diluted with 50ml warm water)
Curry powder (3 tbs)
Water ( 2½ cup)
Coconut cream (150ml)
Salt (2 tsp or to taste)
