Okra is one of our favorite Summer vegetables, and it is always sad when they are at the end of the season. However, that is when it is time to harvest some SEEDS from the Okra pods, and store them for next season.

In this video, I demonstrate when an Okra pod is ready to harvest for seeds how to harvest the seeds, and offer tips for storing them through the winter.
