1 apple
1 banana
1/4 cup (30g) dried cranberries
1 tbsp light olive oil
1/3 cup (40g) walnuts
15 g sunflower seeds or other nuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
