The Bahananwa tribe fled the rule of their king in Botswana during the 19th Century – settling on the Blouberg Mountain near Bochum in Limpopo – where they taught the Pedi to plant sorghum. To unite families living on the top of the mountain and in the village below – they hold the 'Are tsebaneng' reunion in order to introduce the youth to their elder relatives. Series produced and directed by Bjorn Rudner for the Media Peace Centre and funded by the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund.
