SUGAR MOUNTAIN OPENING WEEKEND GROUP RIDE FIASCO

Woo Woo! Sugar Mountain Bike Park is finally open and we all had a blast! We ended up having around 10 people show up of all skill levels but everyone made it through the day relatively unscathed! It was Drakes first time at Sugar Mountain as well as Shannon. It was also Shannons second ride on his new TR11 Downhill bike that he got from The Cycle path about a month ago. I hit the ground and ended up getting a nasty Charlie horse on my leg and a jammed finger but all good for the most part. My new DH bike is running absolutely mint except for the old derailleur thats on there. The thing makes it sound like a bucket of bolts despite being brand new. Also got to coach up a young ripper at the end of the day! Charlie is gonna be so good once he gets more time on the bike but cleaning a very hard trail on a small bike like his is impressive!
