Hakuoki Shinkai: Ginsei no Shou - Saito Hajime Chapter #7 English Translation

Notes:

Saito’s position in the Shinsengumi is “Kumichō” (組長) or “troop captain,” though that has pretty much been simplified to “captain” in all the games. After Kondou dies though, his position becomes "Taichou" (隊長), and while there is a difference in the positions, the English translation of Taichou is usually captain or commander... so I decided to change it to “commander” to differentiate between the two in his positions.
