Rules that we are using:
1. Catch the first pokemon you see in every route; they must be different primary types and different genders (or genderless). If the player takes a turn going first on each route an the other must find a pokemon compatible with that pokemon. If you kill it or run away ,you get nothing.
2. Nickname every pair (preferably the same name so is easy to keep track of).
3. If a pokemon dies, it is dead and their soullink partner is also dead; you must box or relesead the pokemon.
4. Dup clause is not shared by partners; if you catch a caterpie in route one and then person two finds a caterpie in route two, they must catch it since they dont have it in their pokedex.
5. We are allowed to use potions and other healing items in battle except for revives and x items (and rare candies for the purpose of avoding grinding.
