No Through Road is a creepy and disturbing 4 part Analog Horror/Found Footage Horror series, often referred to as the original inspiration for the Analog Horror genre, which includes incredible series such as the Mandela Catalogue. But unlike new Analog Horror which takes its inspiration from multiple other short films and internet videos, No Through Road was made at a time when such videos didn’t exist, leading to an audience of people that thought the creepy footage was real, and it became a work of art to future horror filmmakers who were looking for new inspiration for their disturbing films.
