In today's challenge, the focus is on addressing *skeptics* who may challenge your decision to implement dietary changes for your child. The biggest skeptic to address first is *yourself**—especially when you feel discouraged if you don’t see immediate progress. You must give the diet at least **3 to 6 months* without contamination before concluding it doesn't work. Revisit past struggles as motivation to stay committed.

Beyond yourself, *family and close ones* can be major skeptics. I share my personal experience, particularly how my husband initially opposed dietary changes for their son. His skepticism stemmed from:
1. Viewing everything through the lens of *autism* and dismissing other possible interventions.
2. Comparing your child to other children with autism instead of considering his individual needs.
3. Believing that since there is no *medical "cure"* for autism, dietary interventions were futile.

Skepticism can also come from **doctors, teachers, relatives, and other parents**, especially those who claim they tried similar interventions without success. To **stay on track**, the speaker recommends:
1. *AECS (Assess, Eliminate, Customize, Support)*
2. *Therapy trackers*
3. *Daily video recordings* of your child’s progress
