Springs on FORD Mondeo Mk3 Hatchback (B5Y) (10.2000–03.2007) / FORD Mondeo Mk3 Estate (BWY) (10.2000–03.2007) / JAGUAR X-Type Estate (X400) (11.2003–12.2009) / JAGUAR X-Type Saloon (X400) (06.2001–11.2009) cars should be changed, as a rule, according to one and the same procedure.
However, there can be slight differences due to specific features of the vehicle design.

1:31 — Disconnect the ABS sensor wiring.
2:20 — Clean all joints of the arm.
5:10 — Remove the spring.
5:27 — Install the spring on the shock absorber.
6:16 — Decompress the spring.
9:05 — Connect the ABS sensor wiring.
10:32 — Screw in the wheel bolts.
