As a Business Correspondent of Induslnd Bank Limited, at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL), we offer micro-banking solutions to our customers ranging from joint liability loans to semi urban / rural women, individual retailer loans to micro entrepreneurs along with current account and debit cards, savings solutions like Recurring Deposits and Fixed Deposits, all through our assisted digital model, delivered at the customer’s doorstep. These products and services ensure that their livelihood opportunities are enhanced, and they have access to products required for their financial growth.

IndusInd Bank offers ZERO balance IndusInd Bank savings account not just for the customer's loan disbursal, but this account can also be used for their day today financial needs. Customers can also open Recurring Deposit and Fixed Deposit accounts with IndusInd Bank by depositing and withdrawing money through secured AePS (Aadhar enabled Payment System) which is a Biometric-Authentication based transactions ensuring safety and convenience. Moreover, if they want to, customers can also visit any BFIL branch for opening an FD account and other account related services.

BFIL also provides Banking services such as depositing money, balance enquiry and opening of Savings Bank, FD, and RD accounts at the Centre meeting, and they can enjoy UPI and WhatsApp Banking facilities. Account related information such as balance enquiry, account statements can be received using WhatsApp banking they can register for UPI payment services with debit card / Aadhaar card from their smartphone, downloading BHIM INDUSPAY App and activating with Aadhaar registered mobile number. This allows users to transfer & receive payments between bank accounts through UPI. Also, to keep the customer informed and updated about their account related transactions, IndusInd Bank provides free transaction alerts via SMS on the registered mobile numbers.

As part of the customer awareness communication program, BFIL is committed to protect the customer’s financial interests and to drive the awareness, the animated character called Bharati Didi has been introduced as a protagonist for the video series with an intent to educate our ~15.2 million women customers towards having financial protection.
