Fiestas and Verbenas (night time dance party) are held in all big cities and small villages across the Balearics and Spain. We love being in Biniaraix for our village celebration. You never realise how many people live in your village until you go to the neighbours dinner (second video) and you realise how much time and effort has gone into the event - from the organisation, collecting the money for the neighbours dinner, making the food, getting donations (lovely wine btw... and thank you Gelats Soller for the ice cream too!), organising the band, sorting road closures...the list goes on and on! The Verbena night was Petxandongos who were fabulous and crazy ...I have never seen so may people in the square and the surrounding streets. An amazing party.... thank you so much to everyone who works so hard at all these events!
