this video I'm going to be sharing with you the three most powerful ways to tap into source energy. This video, we will also share with you exactly how you can raise your vibrational set point. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you the three most powerful ways and also the most simplistic ways to tap into something that is called source energy and then when you do this, you start to raise your vibrational frequency and this many times is the missing key for so many people because it's like if we're at a certain paradigm and say we're feeling less, are good emotions and we're trying to attract something into our life or we'll try and do get to a certain place. The idea is that if we're doing it from a paradigm of lack or a from a paradigm of lower vibrational emotions or frequencies, then it's going to be a long road.

It's going to take a lot for us to get there because the getting there creates resistance in the present moment. However, that's a lot of times when people do is they're creating from a place of lack. They are focusing and trying to get somewhere by resisting where they currently are. Now, the truth of the matter is, and the fundamental basis of this whole video is understanding that we are all at our core high vibrational beings. That's our natural place. That is who we naturally are. So when we hear people that say things like a enlightened people that say enlightenment is not an entertainment, it is a realization that is because we are naturally enlightened at a higher level of consciousness. That is who we are. The thing is is when we're born into this earth experience, we forget who we are and then we identify with social conditioning.

We identify with the beliefs of our parents and all of these things that we pile on and because of it, it then lowers our vibrational frequency and then we spend time in our life trying to get to a higher level. Now that is the key and what I'm going to be sharing with you is going to be what can help shift you out of the lower vibrational states of consciousness and into the higher ones and having that kind of shift experience because this is what it's all about and the thing is is when you do that, when you raise your vibrational set point and he starts to tap into source energy, things happen easier than ever because you're coming at it from your core. Now you are this source energy. This isn't something you have to attain. It's not something that you have to try to get.

It is just something you naturally are. It's just I'm here in this video to remind you of who you are. Remind you that this is your nature to go with nature. Go with who you really are, and sometimes that may just mean letting go of certain things. It may mean that you become aware of certain things, but at the basis of it, you get to a place where you realize you are higher vibrational in nature and this is who you are, so source energy. Now when you create from source energy, there's a couple of different components of it that really allows you to tap into it. Now, the way I think of it like what's coming to my mind is a metaphor that I've heard of before, and this is a metaphor of imagine that there is that have on the ocean, there is a Bob, there's a bob like a fisherman would have, and it Bob's on the bottom on the top of an ocean.

Now what happens if you were to hold that Bob under the ocean, there would be pressure in resistance that you would push down on it and it would be under that of the ocean. Now, sometimes what we do is we metaphorically hold ourselves under that of the ocean and then we think that that's our natural state, like this is who I am, this lower frequency. Now the key is not that you have to try to get to the top. You don't have to try to do something in order to get back to the surface of the ocean. Instead, you just got to stop holding yourself under there by letting go of the pressure, by relaxing, by not resisting, by not emphasizing that you're not where you already want to be in.
