Modeling chocolate changed my cake game. I want to share with you some tips and tricks that I've learned along the way that helped shape my career as a cake artist.

You will need:
3 12oz bags of candy melts
3/4 c light corn syrup (like Kayro)
A bowl and a microwave

If you wish, you a purchase candy melts in any variety of color you made need or you can start with white and color your own.
