A delicious and colorful Asian dish will impress everyone! This dish originated in Asia, particularly in Japan. The udon noodle itself is a traditional Japanese dish made of wheat flour, water, and salt. Such noodles are cooked very quickly, within 5-7 minutes after boiling water.

Udon Noodles - 200 grams
Water - 1.5 liter
Chicken fillet - 250 grams
Bell pepper (red) - 1 item
Carrots - 1 piece
Zucchini - 1 piece
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sesame - 20 grams
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 40 milliliters
