I often see Kuya Cesar along Leviste highway in Lipa and I find his works amazing. It's a showcase of Filipino talent right on the road side, he used the street to exhibit his masterpieces. I decided to help him promite his works thru my channel, hoping that somehow somebody who are iblnterested on paintings will notice his works.
