Want to share your story about being labeled with us?

1. Use your personal camera, phone, tablet, or computer to record a 2-8 minute long video

2. In the video, describe a label that has impacted your life. Labels can be words or certain categories such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and etc.

3. At the end of the video state "Join me and others in this movement by uploading your personal video on DropLabels.Org"

4. When uploading video, make sure to state "Drop Labels:" at the beginning of the title.

5. Submit video link to DropLabels.org.

6. We will message you when we upload it on our social platforms with your personal video link for you to share on your social platforms as well!, while asking others to be part of the movement by uploading their personal Drop Label video.

Marilyn Cornelius is founder and (r)evolutionary of Alchemus Prime, a leadership and wellness company focused on behavior change that helps reduce greenhouse gases and improve human health at the same time, with the same behaviors. She is a Stanford-trained behavioral scientist who started working on trauma by remembering and healing her own trauma with the help of various healing practitioners and her own meditation practice.
