School is officially open after a rather extensive vacation. I remembered these doughnuts a few weeks back and it dawned on me how scarce they've become at parties and in lunchboxes. In the 90's these doughnuts and flour chips were super famous! Make these because they are not only addictive but will save you money on store-bought ones.

Recipe to copy out
Dry Ingredients

2 cups of flour
5 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients
1 egg
3/4cup milk (add more by a tablespoon if too thick)
2 tablespoon olive oil/vegetable oil
vanilla if preffered

Tips:
1. Don't overmix as doughnut would turn out too firm
2. Oil should be fairly hot but not smoking.
