My Zero Waste Essentials

Hello!
I got together with my friends Cristina from Permacrafters and Marcella from The Funky Loft to make this video and share with you different ways in which we can reduce our everyday plastic consumption.
There are a bunch of other ways in which we may reduce our plastic usage, but here we show you what we consider to be some of the most simple ways to adopt this habits for our everyday life.
It is important to go one step at a time, and remember that habits take a time to stick to us, if we remember why we do this it get easier!

• REFUSE what you don't need
• REDUCE what you do need
• REUSE what you already have
• RECYCLE what you cannot refuse, reduce, or reuse
• ROT the rest
