Today I wanted to look at how fast Chaos Legion packs are selling and how long it will take at this rate to sell out of the packs.

The too long didnt watch version of this...

• Chaos legion packs are selling about 15-20k a day the last two weeks.
• If 20k packs sold a day maintains as the average, it will take just over a year to sell out all the packs.
• Things happening such as a crypto bull run, land being implemented, and player base increase due to marketing, could potentially increase the average back to 50K a day. Even at that rate it's still another 150 days til packs sell out.
• I think a health expectation would be 6 months or so until packs sell out.

Pros of packs taking a while to sell out
• New splinterlands players can get into the game and experience pack opening
• Keeps prices low for a while for us Krills to accumulate assets in Splinterlands for the next potential bull run
• More potential cards for the market can help newer players get into the game without spending a ton of money

Cons
• Legendary summoner airdrops will take some time to reach
• Our current card prices probably won't appreciate much until packs sell out
• Those who bought packs to hodl and resell will have to wait a while before they can profit.
