How to bind the range extender / camera on DJI Vision+ or Phantom Vision

How to bind or re-bind a new range extender or camera on the Phantom Vision+ or original Vision. When you may need to do it and a walk through of the process - including how to do it if you've lost the QR code.

This has been a viewer request, and although you should only need to do it if you buy a new/replacement range extender or camera some people have reported success in fixing intermittent connection issues by rebinding. Any questions, please ask.
