I make a SPINNER RING for anxiety! Elegant design

Are you nervous? Anxious? Then I have something for you! While this is not a magical cure for stress, sadly, it CAN help you with fidgeting caused by stress and feeling uncomfortable! Sometimes fidgeting can be self destructive, when directed at your own hands or face, without you even noticing. This little accessory can take the heavy lifting and save your poor fingers. I myself will be using it regularly from now on. In today's video I will show you how to make your own spinner ring at home.
