This is for Day 1 of my Kitchen Witch course (the link to the email challenge this supplements is in the comments).

The meditation begins at the 5:35 minute mark, roughly.

It includes a bit about setting intentions and a guided meditation (that starts around the 5:35 minute mark) for getting energetically aligned. Don't listen to the meditation if you're driving or operating heavy machinery. I don't think my tones are THAT dulcet and relaxing, but still, the meditation is supposed to be done with your eyes closed, so driving would be a very bad idea.
