Here, it it selects the appropriate date-range and four different dispute reasons, and exports the results that need to be processed into whichever core you’re using, such as:

• Fiserv
• Jack Henry
It exports the results into Excel, and saves that file to the shared drive. This is when the second bot steps in. It commands Excel to find, and eliminate, all of the duplicate entries. Then it switches back to the card-management system, where it updates the card’s status, including:
• Exception File Update Code
• Action Code
• Update notes for the account
A human needs about eight minutes to process their first dispute, and four minutes for each subsequent one. The two-bot “tag team” does the first in just two minutes—and the subsequent ones in just 20 seconds each.
And while humans generate a 14-percent error rate, the bots’ error rate is, you guessed it, zero.
