The KMT party chairperson by-election to choose the next is entering the final countdown with a vote scheduled for Saturday. One candidate, Lee Hsin, proposed the use of i-voting to allow citizens the chance to decide the fate of the party’s alleged ill-gotten assets. Lee believes his opponents in this election are deceiving the public. Acting KMT Chairperson Huang Min-hui said the issue shouldn’t be falsely construed as a matter of transitional justice.
