Tensions ran high in Moruleng near Rustenburg as the Premier Job Mokgoro introduced the administrator for the Bakgatla ba Kgafela tribe. This follows a report released last August by the Commission on Traditional claims and disputes onto the Bakgatla ba Kgafela which found Kgosi Nyalala Pilane guilty of mismanagement of funds allocated to develop the community of Moruleng. But the royal family says no administrator will set foot on the traditional council premises. Newzroom Afrika's Zinhle Kanyane was there and filed this report.
