Shadow warrior 2 is a great dive into the Shadow warrior series. With a simple to follow story and easy to pick up game mechanics, anyone who is a fan of similar 4 player co-op titles will feel right at home. Developed by Flying Wild Hog and published by Devolver Digital, Shadow Warrior 2 was released on PC in October of 2016 and came to consoles in May of 2017.

The story brings back the serious yet hilarious Lo Wang who is tasked with retrieving an item from the temple of longing by the Yakuza, a heavily powered family. Upon returning with the item he is tasked with the main plot of the story that is to heal Kamiko while her soul is implanted inside of Wang's body for safe keeping. The body is then stolen and the chase is on to find the body and administer the cure.

You will meet a cast of unique characters along the way and encounter multiple side quests and journeys that make for some pretty funny cut scenes.
