HVAC Brazing: How to Repair an Aluminum Coil Tube!

In This HVAC Brazing Training Video, I go over the Basic Procedure for Brazing a hole or crack in an Aluminum Coil Tube such as an Evaporator Coil. I go over Techniques to Braze AL 822 from Lucas Milhaupt as well as other tips. I run Nitrogen through the line with a flow meter to avoid oxygen being present with the oils while brazing. Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while doing this as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
