What a day! I'm still buzzing! The lads have done it—we've won the EFL Cup final against Everton at Wembley! It was a proper nail-biter, going to penalties after a 1-1 draw. McAtee scored what we thought was the winner in extra time, but they grabbed a last-minute equalizer. My heart was in my mouth during that shootout, but Alex Despósito slotted home the winner and we’re bringing the trophy back to Bournemouth!

It's an unbelievable treble for us this season—we've also got the UEFA Super Cup and the Community Shield in the bag. We’ve had some massive results this season, beating Liverpool, Fulham, Grimsby, and Burton along the way. Jason Pearce and the board are happy, and so am I! The lads played their hearts out, even if some of them are looking a bit tired now. We deserve a proper celebration, but I've already got my mind on what's next. Up the Cherries!
