Fitness experts Lauren and Fraser Bayley share their favorite full-body workout routine to stay fit while traveling, featuring a mix of cardio and strength moves. You can do this quick routine with bodyweight only, or add in a kettlebell, weights or even a jug of water for extra resistance!

This circuit includes squats, lunges, push-ups, leg lifts, flutter kicks, cobras, single-arm rows, glute bridges and high knees. Try it out and let us know in the comments how it goes!
